L'Erin Wagner, M.A, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Manager in Employee Relations at Safety National, starting in July 2023, after holding the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Equifax from June 2021 to August 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, L'Erin has a strong track record of implementing HR programs, advising leadership, and managing organizational transformations across several companies, including Bayer Crop Science and FleishmanHillard. L'Erin holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology with a focus on Employee Relations from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
