Noreen Cruz

Noreen Cruz is an experienced insurance professional with extensive expertise in underwriting and business development across various sectors, including public entities, real estate, and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Public Entity at Safety National since September 2022, Noreen has previously held significant leadership roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Selective Insurance Company, and Starr Companies, among others. Noreen's career spans over three decades, with a strong emphasis on underwriting umbrella and excess liability, as well as expertise in managing marketing, operations, and compliance functions within the insurance industry. Noreen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
