Shanna Karamaniolas

Shanna Karamaniolas is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and event coordination. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Safety Service Systems Inc. since May 2022, Shanna previously held the position of Event Coordinator at Eris Brewery and Cider House, where responsibilities included restructuring event packages and developing event plans post-COVID. Prior to that, Shanna co-owned and operated Fischman Public House from 2000 to 2019, transforming it into one of Chicago’s top craft beer bars while managing a large staff and overseeing human resources, marketing, and events. Additionally, Shanna worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Deerfield Capital Management from 2000 to 2008. Academic credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
