Matt McCollough

Matt McCollough has had two main work experiences. Matt started working at CTS Corporation in 2012 as a Project Engineer and stayed there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Shield Restraint Systems, Inc. where they held multiple roles. Matt initially worked as an Application Engineer from October 2016 to July 2018. Then they became the Business Unit Manager for Child Restraints from August 2018 to July 2020. Finally, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in July 2020, a role they still hold.

Matt McCollough obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Matt attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
