Yamika CH. L began their career in 2016 as a Program Manager at Idealabs FutureTech Ventures. In 2019, they joined SafetyConnect and held three roles: Senior Manager- Customer Success and Customer Support, Regional Manager- Customer Success and Customer Support, and Business Development & Customer Success Manager.

Yamika CH. L completed their 1st-10th class at Don Bosco High School from 2001 to 2010. Yamika then went on to complete their Intermediate at Nri jr college from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they completed their B.tech in Computer science and engineering at St. Peter's Engineering College from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Aspiring Minds, including AMCAT Certified Customer Service Specialist, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee, AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services, AMCAT Certified Telesales Professional, and AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension, between 2015 and 2022.
