Hannah Croston

Hannah Croston is the Head of People Operations & Experience at SafetyCulture, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance employee experiences and develop scalable people processes aligned with the company's values. Previously, Hannah served as a People Operations Manager, overseeing employee lifecycle experiences, and also as a dedicated People Partner for various business units. Prior experience includes roles at Commonwealth Bank as Manager of People Consulting, and Nous Group as Manager of Organisational Performance and Leadership, managing significant projects in organizational design and leadership development. Hannah's education includes a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA in Psychology from Macquarie University. Additionally, Hannah participated in the Startmate Women's Fellowship, aimed at supporting women in tech and startups.
