Tom Cooper

Thomas Cooper is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Managing Director at SafetyCulture Connect since July 2021, previously holding the role of VP, Finance and Strategy. Prior to this, Thomas held various positions at Goldman Sachs from March 2015 to May 2021, focusing on healthcare M&A and capital markets execution. Earlier roles included an Associate position in both healthcare and TMT/Consumer/Retail M&A as well as an Analyst role in the Investment Banking Division during a secondment at Herbert Smith Freehills. Thomas began at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Paralegal and Summer Clerk before becoming a Solicitor, specializing in equity capital markets execution. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern History, both from the University of Sydney.
