Edward M began their career in 1993 as a Dock Operations Supervisor and steadily progressed through various positions such as Dock Operations Lead Supervisor, Quality and Claims Prevention Manager, Terminal Operations Manager, Sales Representative, Service Manager, and Senior Field Engineer. In 2001, they became an Assistant Regional Distribution Center & Facility Terminal Manager at YRC Freight before being promoted to Regional Distribution Center & Facility Terminal Manager in 2008. Edward then joined Maalt Transport as the Vice President of Logistics in 2011 before moving on to UniGroup Logistics in 2013 as the Director of Ground Transportation. Edward M worked in this role until 2018, during which they played a vital role in restructuring the company and bringing it to profitability. In 2018, they joined Safeway Logistics as the Director of Capacity Solutions, Warehouse & Local Operations, where they oversee recruitment, local and warehouse operations. Edward has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams, achieve financial targets, and improve operational efficiencies.
