Elizabeth Oju Kelly

Elizabeth Oju Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and security operations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at SafeworkCM since February 2023, Elizabeth has held significant roles, including Construction Project Manager and Technical Operations Manager at the United States Air Force since December 2012, where management of property code enforcement and facility security was key. In previous positions, Elizabeth managed construction projects at Dragonfly Group and contributed to maintaining airport security as a Transportation Security Officer at the TSA. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from San Jose State University and an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Fullerton College.
