Gabriela Casas is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment, talent development, and compliance within various organizations. Currently serving as Gerente de Contrataciones at Safi Royal Luxury Hotels since June 2017, Gabriela previously held the position of Jefatura Regional de Atracción de Talento at GRUPO REFRAN from December 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, recruitment strategies, and continuous improvement plans for a workforce exceeding 1,100 employees. Earlier experience includes leading human resources at Restaurantes VIPS from September 2009 to December 2015, focusing on talent development and conflict resolution.
