Sydney Schubert currently serves as the Strategy & Operations Lead at Safiyaa since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Assistant Buyer at Harrods from September 2019 to March 2023, overseeing womenswear eveningwear, designer collections, exotics, and millinery, as well as previous positions involving childrenswear. Prior to Harrods, Sydney was a Sourcing Assistant at Debenhams from December 2016 to March 2018, focusing on formal and casual outerwear across various categories. Additional experience includes roles at Vibrant Media and Hermes-OTTO International, contributing to media IT support and garment technology, respectively. Sydney holds an Engineer’s Degree in Garment Technology & Fashion Management from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, earned in January 2016.
