Robert Compton

Robert Compton is a Senior Technical Fellow at Safran Federal Systems, bringing extensive experience from Honeywell Aerospace USA where roles included Principal Research Scientist and Senior Technical Manager, leading teams in the development of advanced sensors for position, navigation, and timing challenges. Previously, Robert held the position of National Research Council Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, focusing on the fundamental properties of Bose-Einstein Condensates. Robert Compton earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2007.
