Dean Crawford

Dean Crawford, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Safran since June 2019, Dean previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Flex-N-Gate from February 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, Dean was Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Labor Relations at DynCorp International from September 2007 to December 2016, and Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Rolls-Royce from August 2005 to August 2007. Dean also served as Director of Human Resources at Lockheed Martin from November 1999 to August 2005. Academic credentials include a BBA in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas.
