Elizabeth Kavanagh

Elizabeth Kavanagh is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Safran since July 2025, Kavanagh previously held the same title at Collins Aerospace from May 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that role, Kavanagh was the Senior Financial Control Manager at Superdry from February 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing the Financial Reporting team, overseeing Group Audit, and leading a financial transformation project. Additional roles include Interim Financial Transformational Lead and Interim Project Accountant at Agrii, and Company Secretary and Head of Finance for The Smallpeice Trust & The Arkwright Scholarships Trust from February 2016 to May 2021. Kavanagh holds an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a degree from the University of Essex.
