Megan Smith

Megan Smith, LCB, currently serves as the Manager of Import and Export Compliance at Safran since September 2022. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at Bird from July 2019 to June 2022, including Manager and Senior Associate within Global Customs and Trade Compliance, and worked as a Senior Trade and Regulatory Compliance Analyst at TOMS from May 2016 to July 2019. Beginning a career in customs compliance as a Licensed Customs Broker and Trade Specialist at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from January 2011 to June 2015, Megan managed the export and import compliance for multiple companies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Paralegal at Pittacora & Crotty, LLC from August 2006 to January 2011. Megan earned a degree in Social Work from Providence College (2001-2005) and attended Roosevelt University (2006-2007).
