Nico MacHi

Nico Machi is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in new product development and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the NPD Engineering Manager at Safran since November 2024, Nico has previously held significant roles including Director of Research and Development at CLEANLIFE LLC and Director of New Product Development at LUMINANCE BRANDS. With expertise in leading global product development teams and managing budgets, Nico's career spans positions such as Technical Manager at EYE Lighting International and Program Manager at GE Lighting. Nico's foundational experience includes technical leadership at Honeywell Aerospace and consulting as a Computational Fluid Dynamist. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
