Pascal Bantegnie

Pascal Bantegnie is the current Chief Financial Officer at Safran. Prior to this role, they served as EVP, Communication and Investor Relations at SEQUANA from October 2007 to July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Communications and Investor Relations and initiated an IR program that increased sell-side coverage from 3 to 10 analysts.

From January 2001 to December 2007, Pascal served as VP Investor Relations at Alcatel-Lucent. In this role, they managed a team of 11 people with a budget of €16m. Pascal was responsible for the required elements of the earnings process, including preparing for quarterly earnings announcement and post-earnings reaction. Pascal also developed key earnings messages/guidance statements as it relates to the Q&A, webcast slides, press releases, CEO/CFO script preparation, Annual report, Shareholder letter.

Pascal has a long history of working in Communications and Investor Relations and has extensive experience in managing teams and budgets. Pascal has also developed strong relationships with reporters and investors throughout their career.

Pascal Bantegnie is an engineer in the field of aeronautics. Pascal studied at the Ecole Superieure des Techniques Aeronautiques et de Construction Automobile, and then went on to earn a master's degree in aeronautics from ISAE-SUPAERO. Bantegnie is also a graduate of the Institut des hautes etudes de defense nationale (IHEDN), where they specialized in defense policy.

Pascal Bantegnie reports to Olivier Andries, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Martin Sion - CEO, Safran Electronics & Defense, Stéphane Dubois - EVP, HR, and Franck Saudo - CEO, Safran Helicopter Engines.
