Romuald Thimon

Romuald Thimon has extensive experience in quality management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Quality Management System at Safran since January 1998. In this role, Romuald leads a hierarchical team, manages daily activities, and evaluates and trains employees while overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) across 11 tiers-one companies within Safran. As a founding member of the One Safran QMS approach, Romuald drives transformation projects aimed at harmonization and efficiency. Previous positions include Corporate Quality Digital Transformation lead, Head of Central Quality Department, QMS Manager, Knowledge Manager, and Information Systems Manager within Safran. Early in the career, Romuald worked as a CAD Designer at Valeo. Academic qualifications include a degree as Chief Digital Officer from Réseau CFJ and an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISAE-Supméca.
