Youness Laamiri

Youness Laamiri serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at SAFRAN, leading the deployment of the One SAFRAN approach within the Roche la Molière Center of Industrial Excellence. Additionally, Youness Laamiri is a founding member of Cercle K2 and has extensive experience in operational excellence from previous roles, including Operational Excellence Manager at SPIE Nucléaire, where major transformation projects were managed and Lean tools deployed. Youness Laamiri's background includes founding Black Belt Consulting, focusing on Lean Six Sigma and organizational transformation, and holding significant managerial positions in companies such as Groupe Managem and Accelinn.
