Félicie Jacobs completed their Deug in Law at Avignon Université in 1995-1997. Félicie then pursued a Master's degree in Droit du travail at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole from 1997-1999. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in International and European Law from Sapienza Università di Roma in 1999-2000 and a DEA in Droit du travail européen from the University of Strasbourg in 2000-2001.
