Javier Gonzalez

Javier Gonzalez has a diverse work experience beginning as a Management Consultant at Remolina Estrada Consultoria Gerencial S.A. in 1997. Javier then served as a Sales Manager at various companies such as Link Five Inc, Office Edge, and Stokke AS. Javier went on to hold roles at Rolls-Royce Solutions America, starting as a Sales Manager for MTU Latin America and eventually becoming the Senior Manager PowerGen Sales Americas. Javier later transitioned to Gotion Inc. as the Director of Sales before moving to Saft as the Director of Sales ESS Americas in 2023. Throughout their career, Javier has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and operations management across different industries.

Javier Gonzalez holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a Master's in International Business from Florida International University - College of Business, and has completed programs in Great Leadership and Organizational Leadership from New York University. In 2017, they also completed the RRPS International Leadership Program at Rolls Royce Power Systems. Prior to their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, they studied Civil Engineering at Universidad de Los Andes.
