Faith Shachter Phr

Faith Shachter, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Faith currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SAFY of America since August 2022, and had previously held the role of HR Director in the same company from September 2018 to July 2022. Prior to their current position, Faith was the Human Resources Manager at Columbus Crew SC from January 2017 to September 2018.

During their career, Faith has also held positions at Homeside Financial as the Director of Human Resources from October 2015 to March 2016, at OSU Physicians, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from August 2007 to October 2015, and at ADP as an Application Support Analyst II from December 2004 to July 2007.

Before these roles, Faith gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cole Taylor Bank from March 2001 to May 2003, and as an HR Coordinator at Rust-Oleum Corporation from September 1999 to March 2001.

Faith Shachter, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Illinois State University. Faith obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2008, and acquired their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2015.
