Ivan Alver

Ivan Alver is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and leadership. As a Partner and Chairman at Saga Corporate Finance AS since January 2003 and Co-Chairman at Global M&A Partners since October 2006, Ivan has played a pivotal role in guiding company strategies. In addition to chairing Vestafjell AS and previously Karabin AS and Global M&A, Ivan has held significant positions on various boards and committees, including a long tenure as a Board Member at Helsevakten / MedIt. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, CFO at Stolt Sea Farm, and Consultant at Den norske Bank. Ivan completed education at Concordia University and Fana Gymnas.
