Shanon Middleton

Shanon Middleton has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Programs at Saga Education since 2022. Previously, Shanon worked for City Year for a significant period, starting in 2010. They held multiple roles within City Year, including Regional Director, Interim Vice President, Executive Director for City Year Little Rock, and Recruitment and Admissions Director. In 2018, Shanon worked as a Recruitment and Admissions Consultant for Arkansas College Management Company. Prior to that, they were the Program and Outreach Director for Boys and Girls Clubs of Benton County AR from 2007 to 2010. Shanon's career started in 2006 as a Family Service Worker-Placement Specialist for the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

Shanon Middleton holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education/Workforce Development and Training from the University of Arkansas. Prior to that, Middleton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African American Studies from the University of Central Arkansas.
