Chris Greetham has extensive experience in infrastructure management and support, currently serving as Colleague Support Manager at Saga plc., where roles have included Head of Infrastructure Development and Group Infrastructure Manager since February 2014. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Infrastructure Manager at Southern Railway Limited from September 2013 to February 2014. A significant tenure as IT Services Manager at Superdrug spanned from February 1995 to September 2013, overseeing service delivery for over 1,200 stores and 1,000 internal staff. Additionally, Chris gained experience in technical support roles at Brakes from 1991 to 1995. An ITIL foundation level qualification has been complemented by a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, achieved between 2017 and 2019. Educational background includes attendance at Cranbrook School from 1986 to 1991.
