Jay Patel

Jay Patel is currently working as a Data Product Owner and Business Manager at Saga plc. They have extensive experience as a Startup Consultant for various companies, advising early startups in sports, blockchain, and alternative credit. Jay also founded Flavour Street, an online marketplace focused on empowering home cooks to share their food with the local community. Prior to this, they held roles at J.P. Morgan as EMEA Business Manager in Wealth Management and as a Credit Risk Manager in the Investment Bank. Jay studied Economics at City, University of London and participated in the Founder Institute's 2021 London Cohort.
