Pankaj Arora has a diverse work experience in leading analytics and insight roles across various industries. Pankaj has held positions such as Group Director of Analytics and Decision Science at Saga plc., Director of Analytics & Customer Insight at Tesco Bank, Head of Insight and Analytics at PureGym, and Lead Business Analytics Expert at The ZEAL Group. Prior to this, they also worked in roles such as Head of Data Science at emnos, Lead Insight Expert at Collinson Grant, Country Head at Suzuki Motor Corporation, and Country Head at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. Their responsibilities have included leading teams, driving business growth, and providing actionable insights through data analytics.

Pankaj Arora completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Strategy from Lancaster University in 2006-2007. In addition, they obtained several certifications in Data Science, R, SAP, SAS, and SQL from various institutions.
