Sheila Clancy FCIPD has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with roles at companies such as Saga plc, Bloomfield HR Ltd, The Connor Consultancy, Brakes, Xerox, Intensive Business English, and Warner Music Group. Their positions have ranged from Managing Director to Head of Payroll & Benefits, Senior HR Manager, HR Director, and Senior Personnel Officer. Sheila has experience in areas such as HR flexibility, outplacement, payroll, benefits, resourcing, and benefits administration.

Sheila Clancy FCIPD completed a BA (Hons) Humanities with History and Literature at The Open University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law specializing in Irish & European Employment Law at University College Dublin in 2001/2002. Additionally, they became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development in 2012 and obtained the qualification of SHL Qualified Occupational Tester from SHL in 1991.
