Mohan Dhakshinamurthy

Mohan Dhakshinamurthy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mohan started their career as a CAD Draftsman at Prasad Consultants in 1993 and then worked as a CAD Engineer at Daimon Co Ltd and Indcon Engineering Services from 1997 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Fenner India Ltd as a Sr. Draftsman before moving to L&T AUDCO in 2003 as a Design Executive.

From 2007 to 2009, Mohan worked as a Design Manager at Zarges Tubesca India Pvt.Ltd. After that, they joined JC Valves & Controls India Pvt Ltd as a Design Manager for two years. In 2011, they joined Pentair Valves & Controls as a Manager, where they supervised and managed a team of engineering professionals and handled various project management responsibilities.

In 2016, Mohan joined Khusheim Valtech as an Engineering Manager, where they oversaw project management, product design and development, quality control, and team building. Mohan successfully achieved API certifications and boosted annual sales during their tenure.

Currently, they are serving as the Head of Design at Sagar Asia Group since 2021. With their extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and team leadership, Mohan has made significant contributions throughout their career.

Mohan Dhakshinamurthy has a strong education background in mechanical engineering and project management. Mohan started their educational journey by completing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from Polytechnic Careers from 1990 to 1993.

Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Mohan continued their education at Anna University and obtained a Master of Engineering (ME) in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2007.

Recognizing the importance of business skills, Mohan enrolled in Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2013 to 2015 to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Project Management.

Additionally, Mohan received a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in November 2014.
