Aleksandra Doerffer JD MBA is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal oversight and strategy. Currently serving as Consulting Counsel at Sagard since August 2024, Aleksandra provides internal legal oversight for the Portage Ventures and Portage Capital Solutions Funds, collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Consulting Counsel at BCI, where collaboration with senior leadership contributed to the growth of the legal team, and as Managing Director, Associate General Counsel at University Pension Plan Ontario, overseeing legal services across business units and enhancing team functions.
