Gisele Karekezi

Gisele Ishema-Karekezi is a Communications Manager at Sagard and joined the firm in 2022. Gisele is responsible for the overall planning and orchestration of Sagard’s external and internal communications activities. Gisele is a member of the business team and is based in Montreal, Canada.

Prior to Sagard, Gisele was the Marketing, Communications and Office Manager at Luge Capital where she oversaw the strategy and implementation of external communications, provided support to portfolio companies with public relations and helped with the operations of the fund and investment team.

Gisele holds a B.A. in Political Science and African Studie from McGill University.
