Kristen Dahlstrom

Kristen Dahlstrom is an experienced instructional designer with a robust background in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at SAGE Dining Services since January 2017, Kristen has a history of enhancing employee training through diverse learning modalities, including in-person and online formats. Previous roles include Senior Trainer at Grinnell Appreciative Consulting LLC, Director of Training at the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, and Training Officer for the City of Baltimore's Department of Housing and Community Development. Kristen's expertise encompasses assessing training needs, managing budgets, and developing comprehensive training programs that drive productivity and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Integrated Learning from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
