Kayla Meyer Sphr

Kayla Meyer SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources spanning over 17 years. Kayla is currently the Vice President & Head of People at Sage Health, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, Kayla served as the Human Resources Director at Skin & Aesthetic Centers from September 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading the HR department for a national growing organization. Before that, they worked as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Charlotte Radiology from November 2018 to September 2021, where they provided strategic leadership in various HR functional areas. Kayla also served as a Senior Director of Human Resources at US Radiology Specialists from November 2018 to September 2021, where they led key strategic projects and initiatives for a national radiology platform. Additionally, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Novant Health from March 2014 to December 2015, and held several HR roles at Crouse Health from February 2006 to November 2014, including HR/Recruitment & Retention Manager and HR/Recruitment & Retention Coordinator. Kayla began their career as a Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services from August 2004 to February 2006. Throughout their career, Kayla has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, strategic planning, and change management.

Kayla Meyer SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science degree in Management from Keuka College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Kayla also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they earned from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their education, Kayla Meyer has obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. In July 2021, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Kayla also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in January 2015.
