Throughout their career, Kayla has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, strategic planning, and change management.
Kayla Meyer SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science degree in Management from Keuka College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Kayla also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they earned from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their education, Kayla Meyer has obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. In July 2021, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Kayla also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in January 2015.
