Elyse Callaway

Elyse Callaway is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales performance improvement. Currently serving as the Mortgage Process Improvement Manager and Mortgage Sales Leader at Sage Home Loans Corporation since October 2021, Elyse previously held various management roles at PNC from July 2004 to October 2018. Notable achievements include consistently ranking in the top 10 nationally for income production and achieving high customer service scores as Charlotte Market Manager/AVP, as well as overseeing a national support system for joint venture loan officers as National Joint Venture Production Support Manager. Elyse holds a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University and a Certificate for International Language in Spanish from Universidad del Caribe.
