Gavin Royster

Gavin Royster is Vice President of Business Development with Sage Hotel Management, where he focuses on growing Sage’s portfolio of independent hotels across the US. Gavin was most recently Director of Development at Charlestowne Hotels where he was responsible for all phases of the business development process from deal underwriting to HMA negotiation. Prior to that, he served as Director of Asset Management at Atrium Hospitality and was responsible for asset management functions for a portfolio of over 80 hotels.

Gavin started his career with Davidson Hotels. He was there for six years in roles of Analyst, Associate and ultimately Director of Business Development. Gavin received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
