Nathan Ayres has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nathan started their career in 2006 as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Nathan then held various roles within the company, including Assistant Banquet Manager, Director of Banquets, and Assistant Director of Rooms & Recreation. In 2015, they were promoted to Director of Food and Beverage and held this position until 2017.

In 2017, Nathan Ayres joined Sage Hospitality Group as an Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage. Nathan quickly progressed within the company and became the General Manager of Food & Beverage in 2019.
