Samantha Moss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, event coordination, and ticket sales. Currently serving as Production and Programming Coordinator at Sage Hospitality Group since May 2023, Samantha has honed skills in guest services, effectively checking guests in and out at The Asbury Hotel and addressing inquiries promptly. Previously, roles as Box Office Assistant at Asbury Lanes and Box Office Representative at House of Independents involved operating ticketing systems, facilitating event entry, and resolving customer service issues. Samantha also has administrative experience from LG Insurance Agency and has contributed to various marketing and event planning efforts throughout academic and professional endeavors, including a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Concentration in Music Industry from Monmouth University.
