Brad Bookser

Brad Bookser has had a long and varied career in the information technology field. In 1990, they joined the United States Marine Corps as a Gunnery Sergeant, where they planned and executed the organizational transition and upgrade of over 400 computers to Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI), and planned and organized network modifications for a 1.058 million dollar facility upgrade. In 2005, they joined Mater Dei Catholic High School of San Diego as the Director of Information Technology and Robotics Mentor and Coach. In 2017, they began working as an English Teacher for VIPKid, teaching one-on-one full immersion classes to children 5-14 through an online e-learning platform. In 2018, they became the Information Technology Director for High Tech High. In 2016, they began working as an Information Technology Consultant, working as a web developer and technical support engineer. Finally, in 2022, they joined Sage Oak Charter Schools as the Assistant Director Information Technology.

Brad Bookser obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Business Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology from Lehigh Valley College in 2001. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Getting Things Done from lynda.com.
