Acela Aviles

Acela Aviles has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Acela most recently worked at Sage Therapeutics as a Field Medical Director and previously as a Principal Medical Science Liaison. Before that, they held positions at LEO Pharma as a Senior Medical Science Liaison and at AstraZeneca as an Executive Medical Science Liaison and a Senior Medical Science Liaison. Acela started their career at Amgen, where they worked as a Senior Regional Medical Liaison and later as a Director of the Regional Liaison Team. Acela Aviles has had a successful career spanning over 18 years in various roles within the medical and scientific field.

Acela Aviles completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 1983. Acela then pursued further education and obtained a PharmD degree from the University of Michigan, which they completed between 1985 and 1987.
