Ajay Kumar Ghanta has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ajay Kumar is currently serving as an Associate Director of Drug Product Manufacturing at Sage Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Strides Pharma Inc. as the Head of Manufacturing Science and Technology at their Florida Site from 2019 to 2021.

In 2018, Ajay was a Formulation Manager at Micelle BioPharma, where they led the design and development of solid and liquid dosage forms and was responsible for manufacturing various batches.
