Aparajit Bajpai

Aparajit Bajpai has extensive experience in the field of IT validation and quality engineering. Currently, they work as an Associate Director - IT Validation at Sage Therapeutics, where they are responsible for driving CSV activities and implementing validation processes across the organization. Prior to this, Aparajit worked at Cognizant as a Senior Manager - Projects, Quality Engineering and Assurance, handling various roles from Senior Associate to Manager. Aparajit also has experience working at reputable pharmaceutical companies such as Gilead Sciences, GSK, and Merck. At Gilead Sciences, they served as a Validation and Qualification Delivery Manager, overseeing a team responsible for validation activities on various GxP computer systems. Aparajit also implemented process transformations to enhance efficiency and quality. At GSK, Aparajit took on the role of a Validation Lead, conducting CSV of LabWare LIMS based GxP computer systems. Lastly, at Merck, they served as a Validation / Test Management Office Lead, managing the validation and functional testing team for enterprise program initiatives. Aparajit's experience spans over 15 years and showcases their expertise in validation, quality engineering, and managing teams in the pharmaceutical industry.

Aparajit Bajpai completed their Bachelor of Software Systems degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued their high school education at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School in Kanpur, where they received their ISC degree in Mathematics & Science from 1988 to 2000. In addition, Aparajit Bajpai has obtained several certifications in various topics related to interpersonal communication, management effectiveness, leadership, burnout avoidance, and more from LinkedIn, completed in the months of June, July, and August 2023.
