Carol Desisto

Carol DeSisto has a strong background in business systems analysis and data management. Carol has worked at various companies throughout their career, including Sage Therapeutics, RedPoint Global Inc., Merkle, and Epsilon.

At Sage Therapeutics, Carol currently holds the position of Commercial Data Lead, starting in December 2022.

Prior to their role at Sage Therapeutics, Carol worked at RedPoint Global Inc. as a Delivery Manager from November 2017 to December 2022. In this role, they successfully delivered customer data platform implementation projects for Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including retail, hospitality, media, and healthcare.

Before joining RedPoint Global Inc., Carol held various roles at Merkle. Carol worked as an Associate Director of Business Systems Analysis from March 2013 to November 2017. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Business Systems Analysis from March 2009 to March 2013, and a Senior Business Systems Analyst from April 2006 to March 2009.

Carol also has a significant tenure at Epsilon, where they held multiple roles. Carol worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst from April 2001 to April 2006, a Director of Business Systems Analysis from April 1999 to April 2001, a Manager of Business Systems Analysis from March 1998 to March 1999, and a Senior Business Systems Analyst from February 1992 to March 1998.

Carol DeSisto received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Carol attended the university from 1983 to 1988.
