Jamie Melley

Jamie Melley has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and compensation analysis. They started their career as a Human Resources and Corporate Communications Intern at Kaleido Biosciences in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, where they held the roles of HR Operations Associate and Total Rewards Coordinator. In 2022, Jamie joined Repligen Corporation as a Total Rewards Analyst. They then moved to DynamiCure Biotechnology in 2022 and served as a Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS. Currently, Jamie is working at Sage Therapeutics as a Senior Compensation Analyst, starting in April 2023.

Jamie Melley received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
