Jason Valdivia

Jason Valdivia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jason is currently working at Sage Therapeutics as an Associate Director, responsible for People Systems/Operations. Before joining Sage Therapeutics, Jason worked as a Senior Manager, HRIS at Littelfuse from February 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Workday Manager at Alight Solutions from June 2012 to February 2018. Jason also has experience as a Cost Estimation Analyst at Lockheed Martin / UCF from November 2010 to June 2011 and as a Customer Service Representative at a Private Insurance Agency from September 2007 to October 2008.

Jason Valdivia has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Florida International University. Jason also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida. Prior to pursuing their Bachelor's degrees, they earned an Associates of the Arts degree in Mechanical Engineering from Miami Dade College.
