Kendra Maxwell, MBA, MSL has diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry and law enforcement. Kendra currently holds the position of Director, Regional Accounts at Sage Therapeutics, where they are responsible for developing account strategies and objectives, navigating complex payer accounts, and negotiating contracts for patient access and reimbursement.

Prior to their role at Sage Therapeutics, Kendra founded Pharma Innovation Consulting, LLC in 2019. As Founder/CEO, they focused on providing resources for sales professional and leadership development, curriculum creation, team building, and coaching and mentoring.

From 2003 to 2019, Kendra worked at GSK in various roles. As a Sales Director, they led a district to promote the respiratory product portfolio and develop business plans to meet objectives. Kendra also served as an Enterprise Skills Manager, leading a core team to create and launch a developmental program for elite sales professionals. Additionally, Kendra was a Sales Training Manager, responsible for project management of sales training curriculum for multiple sales and leadership teams.

Early in their career, Kendra worked as a First Class Police Officer at the Raleigh Police Department from 1999 to 2003, where they enforced laws and participated in high-profile undercover projects.

Throughout their career, Kendra has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through effective collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Kendra Maxwell, MBA, MSL has a diverse education history. Kendra attended Salem College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Later, they enrolled at Pfeiffer University, where they completed an MBA. In addition to their MBA, Kendra also obtained a Master of Organizational Change and Leadership (MSL) at Pfeiffer University.

Kendra's educational pursuits were not limited to traditional academic institutions. Kendra also attended the Raleigh Police Academy, where they completed the B.L.E.T. (Basic Law Enforcement Training) program.

While not directly related to their formal education, Kendra also obtained a certification as the Nominating Vice President of the Salem College Alumnae Board in July 2019. This certification highlights their involvement and leadership within their alma mater, Salem College.
