Mollie Baird has a strong background in clinical research and development, with over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Mollie began their career at Boston University School of Medicine as a Research Associate, where they worked with the Slone Epidemiology Center. Mollie then joined the American Cancer Society as a Fellow in the Collaborative Evaluation Project.

In 2003, they moved to Brigham and Women's Hospital as a Clinical Research Manager in the Division of Thoracic Surgery and Oncology. Following their time at the hospital, Mollie worked at Millennium Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Research Associate.
