Ryan Wade

Ryan Wade has extensive experience in corporate communications, brand and graphic design. Ryan is currently working as the Director of Corporate Brand & Graphic Design at Sage Therapeutics. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Communications at Apellis Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director of Oncology Corporate Communications at Takeda Oncology from 2016 to 2018. Ryan also worked as a Senior Manager in Creative and Corporate Communications at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2016, and as a Senior Manager in Visual Communications at Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company from 2009 to 2014. Ryan began their career as a Freelance Creative Director/Designer from 2000 to 2009, where they worked directly with clients and designed various promotional materials. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Designer at Phillips Design Group from 2007 to 2009, and at Foster Design Group from 2000 to 2006, where they gained experience in a wide range of design projects.

Ryan Wade attended Putnam High School from 1992 to 1996. Ryan then went on to study at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BFA degree in Graphic Design and an Associates Degree in Illustration.
