EVP Global Customer Operations at Sage

Nancy Tichbon serves as EVP Global Customer Operations at Sage since May 2020, previously holding various leadership roles at Bell from August 2010 to May 2020, including Vice President Sales and Vice President Customer Experience for multiple brands. In those roles, Nancy was responsible for all customer service teams and driving strategies to enhance customer experience across four brands and product lines while managing over 5,000 employees. Earlier in the career, Nancy served as Vice President Customer Care Experience at Virgin Mobile Canada and Head of Customer Service at Virgin Mobile Australia. Education includes participation in the IWF Fellowship Program at Harvard and INSEAD University.
