Tara Gonzalez

Tara Gonzalez serves as the EVP of People Operations, Technology and Reward at Sage since January 2021. Previously, Tara held the position of Group Reward Director at Capita from January 2019 to January 2021, where responsibilities included driving business transformation through global compensation and benefits strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Group Reward Director for Serco and Head of Reward at BAE Systems plc, overseeing senior executive compensation and providing executive remuneration advice. Tara's educational background includes a Master's in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc (Honours) in Psychology from Middlesex University. Additionally, Tara gained professional qualifications, including MCIPD from Dearne Valley Business School.
