Wendy Tomlinson

Wendy Tomlinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wendy started their career at ManpowerGroup as a Recruiter in 1998 but soon moved on to CIBC in 2001, where they served as a Sr. HR Consultant for eight years. At CIBC, Wendy provided HR advice and consultation to senior management and a large employee base. In 2009, Wendy joined Sagen as an HR Client Manager and steadily rose through the ranks to become the Director of HR Client Management. In their current role as VP, HR Client Management, Wendy provides strategic HR direction to the leadership team at Genworth Canada and oversees various HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and organizational design.

Wendy Tomlinson has pursued a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Niagara University.
